The Printing Management and Cross-Media is a service that Sirius offers who
need to produce and control documents such as bank statements, bills,
insurance, invoices and direct mailing in an efficient and effective way.
The production process from the data file reception up to the documents delivering can be followed up by the user through a web tool including the total production cost.
This service also includes the possibility to use multiple media (Cross-Media) to forward the documents to recipients, such as printing on paper, Internet and phone.
To download the documents there is a repository that can be installed on a customer web server or the recipient accessing the site www.e-format.net as Sirius service.
In both cases, Sirius develops and supports all applications to produce documents.
Sirius has a family of products to compose documents, send the printer spool file to the print center and audit the whole process, as well as send to other kind of media.
The solution allows to turn greater the interactivity between all areas of the companies involved with the document for the customers.
Sirius solution also offers cost savings through various actions on the universe of documents: better logistics and promotional adds value because it turns the documents in a communication vehicle.
Model of a printing management and cross-media system
The printing management and cross-media is a modular system and can be set up according to the user needs:

Data reception / transmission. Transmission Process Control is a Sirius software that allows to control the reception and transmission of files to be processed at the data processing center

Processing and Distribution. SpoolMgr is a Sirius software that allows to manage and execute processing tasks and printing tasks automatically or interactively.

Production and auditing. The activities of production control and auditing of documents in the production environment are performed using the Sirius software ProdMgr and the hardware systems for the inserter and self-mailers finishing equipments.

Production Management. At this stage, the Print Centers responsible for the documents printing receives the files containing the documents to be printed. The phases may be accompanied by web through windows that allow to:
