It is known that every customer has their own needs and often the systems offered do not suit the particular requirements. At that moment Sirius, with his experience and a team of technicians turns this into a solution, implementing new systems or changing / improving the existing ones, was on this way that Sirius attended several needs of the market, such as:
- Cielo (ex-Visanet) needed a mailing management system with a friendly and graphical interface. The existing system was based on software that ran on mainframe with all the difficulties of the lack of user-friendly interface and graphics and limited edition (selection of fonts, images, etc).
The solution given by Sirius was to transfer all types of letters to the low platform running under Windows environment and a management system with friendly interface (WYSIWYG) and using Format Printing System was possible to visualize models of letters, select the desired one and request the generation of the print spool for local printing or send to the Print Center hired by Cielo.
- Claro (BCP Telecommunications ) had to have a system for the bills composition that would create print spool files in house and compatible with many different languages printers / printing systems (AFP, IPDS, Xerox Metacode PCL, Postscript, PDF, etc.) available on the Print Centers of the printing market and at the same time be able to use the output spool file for the Call Center.
The solution provided by Sirius was using the Format Printing System and the implementation software that allows to treat the spool file output in AFP format compatible with the requirements of the Call Center, such as the use of TLEs and suitable file sizes for a answer delay less than 3 seconds.
- The True telecommunications company in Thailand needed to merge AFP bills files from two companies that have merged their operations (mobile and fixed).
The requirement was to use the files of the accounts already formatted in AFP format.
The solution provided by Sirius was to develop a tool that would sort "n" files with the bills according to the invoices of the same client and generating a single file AFP with all resources (fonts and images) in addition to recalculate all optical marks for finishing equipments.
It is important to note that the system developed by Sirius should properly bear the characters of the English and Thai languages.
