SIRIUS has the necessary expertise and tools to develop applications generating the printer output data stream with all personalized documents with variable data and images.

This kind of service consist in:

• Application development

• Data processing

• Document composition

• Printer output data stream generation

• Output data stream transfer to web repository

All this tasks are powered by Sirius e-Format

Application Development

The process is the following:

• Sirius sends to the user a login and password to access the web repository with the following features:
  - maximum disk size: 2 Gigabytes
  - only one access

• In the repository the customer will upload the following information in order Sirius develops the application and will confirm this upload by e-mail to Sirius:
  - Desired print-out image
  - Data base with variable data to be processed and formatted
  - Graphic images to be used in the document (forms, logos, signatures, etc.)
  - Characters fonts to be used
  - Document layout specification, fixed and variable data and images position and the logical expression (rules) to be applied.

• Sirius evaluates the efforts and informs the customer the delivery time and commercial conditions by e-mail.

• After customer approval, Sirius develops  the application, generates a pdf file with a sample of the composed document and place it in the repository.

• If the application has been correctly developed by Sirius, a pdf or a printer output stream file is generated by Sirius or by the user with all documents using the received data base.

Processing and Formatting

Once the application is developed and ready in the repository e-Format, the customer could at any time upload a new data base compatible with the application and request a new document composition using Format Printing System by selecting the option Format on the uploaded file. At that moment, e-Format will call Format with the desired application and using the new data base will generate a pdf or a printer output stream file that could be used by the customer to print the documents.

To access e-Format repository and take advantage of its features sends an e-mail to sirius@siriusnet.com.br requesting the service. After request approval by Sirius, a login and a password will be furnished to the user.
