Documents gathering
The
customer had to reduce mailing expenses.
The customer prints 800 thousands documents per day which is to say, he
mailed every day 800 thousands mails.
To reduce this kind of expense and due to the Brazilian regional mailing
prices, Sirius has implemented the "Documents gathering" project based on
the same destination address.
Using Format Printing System has been developed only one application for the
following printouts:
- Document with only one sheet (to be self mailed)
- Documents with 2 up to 5 sheets (to be self mailed)
- Documents with 6 up to 25 sheets (to be inserted).
Barcodes and optical marks for auditing, mailing and post-processing needs
has been inserted by Format.
The mailing cost has been reduced 25% with this Sirius solution.
